Depending on the type of inspection required onsite time can vary from 45 minutes up to a few hours.
This time is spent gathering all the information required with which to prepare the inspection report.
We need around 48 hours’ notice, but this can be affected by work loads and access to the property.
Knowing the latest time the inspection can be conducted gives us the opportunity to program the job into our schedule, however if you have an urgent inspection we will make sure we fit it in!
We know that taking time off work for many is difficult or your busy schedule just doesn’t give you the time to attend, that’s why every inspection gives you the information you require even if you can’t make it, but if you can attend even better, the team enjoy meeting as many clients as possible!
Reports are completed within 72 hours of carrying out the inspection, however if we identify any areas of concern, we will contact you immediately.
Upon payment an electronic copy of the report will be emailed to you.
An electronic invoice will be sent to you prior to the inspection, this invoice contains our direct deposit information. We then ask you to forward an email copy of your remittance so we can prepare your report.
