We do this by offering independent under construction inspections that focus on key stages during the building process, these stages are commonly referred to as slab, plate height, roof cover and lock up, we know that any defects identified during these inspections are easier to rectify, save time, money and reduces frustration and stress.

• SLAB INSPECTION, check mesh, plumbing, footings, termite system, slab dimensions, flatness and general quality of slab
• PLATE HEIGHT, check parging, weep holes, termite system, flashings, door and frames, lintels, tie down requirements, wall ties, dimensions and overall quality
• ROOF COVER, check roof frame inspected including straps, holding down requirements, roof battens, roof cover and flashings
• LOCK UP, check waterproofing, joinery, plastering, plasterboard

But did you know most clients building a home only engage a building inspector when they become frustrated with the build or to attend the Practical Completion Inspection? Meaning the major structural stages go unchecked!

When one of our Inspectors attends site, they use the supplied plans and contractual documents prepared in accordance with the relevant codes and standards to provide you with a comprehensive easy to read report of your home at that particular stage of construction.
